App vs. Browser: Which Should You Use?
Our otoslot app offers offline caching, push notifications for live-table updates and sportsbook alerts, and faster load times compared to the browser. Device Compatibility & Requirements
We support Android 7.0 and later on phones and tablets. This covers most devices released in the past six years. iOS users need iOS 12 or later; our web app works on iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. We recommend at least 100 MB of free storage for the Android APK and 50 MB for cached game data. An active internet connection is required to deposit, withdraw, and play live games; however, your account history and recent transactions remain viewable offline.
Common Installation Issues & Solutions
Android users may see a warning "Unknown sources" when installing the APK. This is normal; it means you are installing an app from outside the Google Play Store. To proceed, go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable installation from unknown sources. This setting is safe; we sign our APK with a certificate to verify authenticity. After installation, you can disable this setting again.
iOS users may see a certificate trust warning when first opening our web app. Tap "Trust" to proceed; this confirms that your device recognizes our SSL certificate. If you see this warning repeatedly, clear your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. If the warning persists, contact our support team.
Data, Permissions & Account Security
Our otoslot app requests only the permissions it needs: internet access (to connect to our servers), storage (to cache game data and your account history), and camera (if you choose to upload a photo for identity verification). We do not request access to your contacts, location, or other personal files. All data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Your password is never stored on your device; we store only an encrypted session token that expires after a period of inactivity.
When you log in, we verify your identity using two-factor authentication (email or SMS code). If you lose your device, log in from another device and change your password immediately; this invalidates all existing sessions. Your account remains secure even if someone gains physical access to your phone, because they cannot access otoslot without your password and second factor.
